Take on a pivotal role supporting a growing organization of over 1,000 employees across the U.S. This role involves handling end user support issues, managing the Denver offices' technology, providing on-call support for the Mountain timezone, performing configuration changes, and helping with endpoint management. Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and system improvements. The company is building a modern support desk and automation platform using Slack and AI.
In this full-time role, you will provide proactive IT support, perform system audits, and ensure the successful implementation of IT and security policies while performing service requests, such as employee onboarding/off-boarding and system improvements within a fast-paced, growing environment. This is a one-person team (with additional part-time coverage) and supports a remote-first national workforce.
Configure and maintain Google Workspace services in line with current best practices. Monitor system health, optimize performance, and perform regular reviews of security and compliance posture. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, documenting solutions to enhance internal knowledge sharing. Lead the deployment and configuration of Workspace applications, ensuring reliability and usability for all users. Drive the integration and adoption of AI-driven tools—especially those powered by Gemini—within the Workspace ecosystem.
You will be the central point of contact for Google Workspace topics and technically support our customers through their digital transformation process. You will attend customer appointments in which you prepare the migration and integration of Google Workspace and then carry it out yourself or together with the team.
Be the primary contact for all things IT, and continue the build-out of our IT function. There will be some user-facing support as well as work in the backend systems we use (e.g., Okta). Reassess processes and tools as the company grows, setting a high bar for your work and the work of others, is responsive, and considers the long-term effects and challenges when addressing a problem.
The IT Analyst II will be responsible for supporting, analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining information systems to meet the business requirements of internal and external stakeholders.
